Morgan joined Peace of Mind in 2015, bringing with her over a decade of experience in recruiting, training, and management for a national grocery chain. During those years, Morgan honed a deep expertise in people development, operational efficiency, and leadership training; skills that became a natural fit for the growing team at Peace of Mind. Morgan began her journey at the firm as a Marketing Coordinator, quickly distinguishing herself through a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and a genuine passion for exceptional client service. Morgan’s drive and commitment led to a series of expanded responsibilities, culminating in her promotion to Director of Operations in 2020. In this role, Morgan oversees the firm’s day-to-day functions, streamlined systems to support growth, and plays a key role in strengthening client relationships.

In 2025, Morgan became a Partner at Peace of Mind; a reflection of her long-standing contributions and dedication to the firm’s mission.
